2-3 small/medium lobsters
500 gr spaghetti
Half cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, cut into halves
500 gr crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
A pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon fresh basil or/and parsley, finely chopped
2 teaspoons salt
Half teaspoon pepper
Half teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Boil the lobsters and keep the water. Cut the lobsters into halves from head to tail.
In a large cooking pan heat the olive oil at medium heat and add the garlic until it starts getting brown, and add all the other ingredients. Cook over medium heat until the sauce sets.
Prepare the spaghetti according to instructions BUT use the water from the lobsters to do it.
Strain the spaghetti and add a little hot olive oil and serve in a big serving dish. Pour the sauce all over and mix.
Cook the lobster in the grill for 5 minutes.
Serve the Spaghetti in the serving dish with the lobster on the side and sprinkle with the basil and/or parsley.
